In early 2022, IBM launched a suite of newsletters to engage its audience, featuring three core offerings: "Future Forward," "Expert Views," and "Strategies+Solutions." Two alternative newsletters, "The DX Leaders" and "Developer Digest," catered to more specific audiences.

A year and a half later, responding to evolving interests, IBM expanded its newsletter topics to include "AI," "Sustainability," "Security," "Cloud," "TechXchange," "Customer and Employee Experience," and "Think Events."

Building on two years of audience engagement and data analysis, and fueled by some industry awards celebrating its high-quality content and design such as Email Marketing Creativity 2023 by Mediapost’s EIS Awards for email marketing excellence, IBM consolidated the topic updates and two of
the original main offers into a streamlined, comprehensive "Think Newsletter," providing a single, curated source for
IBM's latest insights.

The focus was on enhancing email creation efficiency and visual appeal. New email modules were designed and developed to offer greater flexibility and functionality within the Adobe Marketo platform, these included dynamic content blocks, interactive elements, and improved 
layout options.

Simultaneously, existing modules underwent design updates to ensure a modern, consistent aesthetic and improved user experience. These updates focused on responsiveness, accessibility, and streamlined customization, ultimately empowering marketers to create more engaging and effective email campaigns.​​​​​​​
